Glock 23 Gen 5 Cost - I bought the G23 Gen 3 a few months ago and it has become my favorite gun ever and I own quite a few. I also have a 9mm conversion barrel so I can shoot a 40 s&w or 9mm and it's the perfect gun to carry or use as a long range game. If you're considering the G19, I'd recommend considering the G23 as a barrel conversion. This gun can be converted to fire four different calibers (it comes in 40 s&w, you can get either a 9mm or .357 conversion barrel, and you can also get a .22lr conversion kit). Awesome guns everywhere! I highly recommend this firearm.
I like the 4th gen more than the 3rd gen. It feels more secure in your hand. The size of the 23 is great for concealed carry, but large enough to absorb recoil and provide a longer field of view picture. I also like the idea of a .357 Sig conversion barrel. You can't beat the Glock in my opinion.

I honestly despised the Glock. They were loaded, bulky weapons that didn't fit in my hand at all. Recently my wife wanted one and we went to the store looking for a dealer and she put the 4th gen in my hands and it felt like a glove. After some review I found out that they modeled the 4th gen after the grip 1911 which I like the 1911 but I also like how customizable the Glock is. So the 23 will most likely be the last gun I bought until the 4 is destroyed.

The first Glock I ever owned became my #1 pistol. It's fast, smooth and reliable. I have owned several semi autos from different manufacturers and this is the best I have ever shot. I try to be precise with the spring kit and barrel, but basically get a consistent 5" group from 9-12 yards. Thanks.
I bought a Gen 3 a few years ago. Even now, I still love guns. I want to buy a Gen 4 someday, but I don't feel the need to do that yet. I loved doing it when I was in law enforcement. It's not too bulky and still has the right amount of rounds. Recommended for those who want to hide.
Great. I had a gen 5 G19 and a friend convinced me to switch. exactly the same size. Fits all my Glock 19 holsters. No problem. It can also shoot a 9mm. I think it's good!
Try the Glock 23, fall in love instantly and get a different feel from a great gun. More recoil is to be expected, but it's a decent and great gun for its caliber. This isn't my first Glock and I've owned the G17, G19, G23, G30SF and G45, but my G23 feels different.

I love the Glock store. Lots of informative videos and great service. I didn't buy a pistol here. I'm 12 miles from the Buds gun shop in Lexington, Kentucky. This was my first and only pistol. I bought it and haven't fired it in over 2 years. I was ashamed to retire and make new friends. I replaced the springs and it made a big difference. This Glock 23 is 4th generation. I took a big XS dot. Now this is my favourite. Very fast on target. It bam and you are there. I put a smooth black barrel with a Johnny Glock trigger. I do a lot of dry fire, but when I go to the set, this kind of image comes out. There is a book called Navy Seal Shooting by Chris Sajnog. I learned a lot about how to shoot. Chris Sajnog was the seal shooting instructor. He spent his money well. You can't go wrong with this Glock 23. It does everything a gun is supposed to do. Now you have to do your part and learn how to use it. Hope this helps CBH.
I bought a Glock 31, a Sig 357 caliber with a magazine. I bought two more Sig 357 magazines from Gun Broker, but the salesman said he couldn't find one to make a long story short. Weapons I then bought a barrel caliber 40 ACP. Now I had a Sig 357 pistol and a 40 ACP caliber pistol with 3 magazines. Then I bought a 9mm barrel conversion and (3) 9mm magazines to buy one gun plus a few more and now I own 3 different caliber guns. Glock Rules!!!!!! Next we'll switch to the 22LR.
I bought a Glock 23 40 cal from a dealer in Tulsa, Oklahoma about 20 years ago! This firearm did not disappoint me at all. This is the best firearm I've had the pleasure of owning. I used it while on duty at two different police departments. It's a solid firearm and a pleasure to own!
